French Abstract: Ce court article est un billet de blogue et il répond à la longueur et au standard d’une lettre d’opinion. Il présente de manière générale la situation des acquittés du Tribunal pénal international pour le Rwanda en égrainant quelques enjeux principaux sans pour autant prétendre discuter, de fond en comble, des différentes implications juridiques.

English Abstract: This short article is a blog post and it meets the length and standard of an opinion letter. It presents in general the situation of those acquitted by the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda outlining some key issues. It is not intended to thoroughly discuss all the different legal implications.
