Abstract

A research guide briefly reviews the major sources of Chinese law and Chinese legal publishing and then presents a selective annotated bibliography covering both primary and secondary sources of Chinese legal information. Internet resources are also provided. While the guide and bibliography focus on English language materials, they also include some important sources published in Chinese. The author concludes by describing a strategy for updating Chinese law using resources available in North America.
