Abstract

La présente chronique retrace les développements les plus marquants en matière d’asile et d’immigration intervenus entre septembre 2014 et septembre 2015. À l’échelon universel, l’attention se porte sur la pratique des organes onusiens, qu’ils soient politiques ou issus des traités de protection des droits de l’homme. Au niveau régional, l’étude se focalise sur les activités du Conseil de l’Europe et de l’Union européenne.

English Abstract: This column recounts the most striking developments that happened between September 2014 and September 2015. At the universal level, the focus is placed on the practice of UN organs – be they political or established by human rights treaties. At the regional plane, the attention focuses on the activities of the Council of Europe and the European Union.
