Abstract
Unemployment and underemployment of educated youth is a major challenge developing nations are facing with. This has been attributed to job seeking attitude rather than job creating attitude among young graduates. Efforts are on to inculcate entrepreneurial culture by introducing Entrepreneurship Education which is intend to develop youth capacity to lead in-country employment initiatives, the employment in turn to address key development challenges
