Abstract

This article summarizes the legal resources currently available to research provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (PPACA) — forever to be known as “Obamacare." Among the resources outlined are sources at the three agencies most closely involved in administrating the law, Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration, and the IRS. Legislative history guides, treatises, and legal blogs are also discussed.
