Abstract

Spanish Abstract: Este ensayo estudia y compara los orígenes históricos del derecho civil, del derecho comercial y del derecho internacional privado. Con este objetivo, se analizaran los distintos ámbitos de aplicación de cada una de estas ramas del derecho al momento de su nacimiento y su posterior desarrollo; como así mismo las relaciones que se establecen entre estas ramas, y las formas de coordinación y delimitación de sus respectivos ámbitos de validez.

English Abstract: This essay studies and compares the historical origins of civil law, commercial law and private international law. With this purpose, this essay attempts to follow the different spheres of application of these branches of law since their inception to the present day, highlighting how they relate to each other, establishing coordination and delimitation mechanisms.
