Abstract
Although opposed by conventional authority, denials of the status fiduciary accountability of employees continue to appear. Often these denials are unsupported assertions. Only occasionally is any attempt made to justify the denial. Here the analytical efforts of one commentator are examined. It is concluded that the conventional position has not been undermined in any respect.
