Abstract

This work presents a proposal to eliminate hunger in Brazil, with the creation of a legal tender, the money of citizenship, without implying in money creation to avoid any attempt of feeding inflation. The "barter market" that appeared in Buenos Aires inspired this work. This market, in reality, is the embryo of a money market that needs a money of legal tender to transform it in a dynamic market. The money would be backed by the transformation of the temporary tax on financial movements in a permanent tax. This tax already belongs to the tax systems of Brazil and Argentina.
