Abstract

Professor Broome provides a comment on "Project Finance, Securitization and Consensuality" by Professor Carl S. Bjerre, 12 Duke J. Comp. & Int'l L. 411 (2002). Professor Broome seconds Bjerre's invitation for further academic attention to the social impact of project finance transactions, especially on nonconsenting third parties, and provides several questions to help frame any subsequent inquiry.

Keywords: Project finance, securitization
