Abstract

The most famous law review article of all time is Samuel Warren and Louis Brandeis’s The Right to Privacy. An often overlooked fact is that the roots of that article concerned sexual privacy. This short piece explores this connection.

Keywords: sexual privacy, identity formation, privacy tort, right to be let alone
