Abstract
Emerging Issues in Chinese Health Law is a survey of some of the most pertinent issues in health law, health regulation, and public health now unfolding in China. It is being published in Chinese with English translations of the article abstracts. Chapter topics include HIV/AIDS control, access to essential medications, malpractice, organ donation, brain death, bioethics and health and human rights.
