Using Faculty Tutorials to Foster Externship Students' Critical Reflection

Abstract
This article reflects on the author's experience with required tutorial conferencing between externship student and doctrinal faculty who have subject mater and/or practice experience relate to the student's externship placement, noting the potential for increasing student thoughtful reflection, as well as the challenges of such an arrangement.
