Abstract

In his recently published collection of papers, Brian Leiter reprints a paper entitled Why Quine is Not A Postmodernist. This paper was part of a symposium on Dennis Patterson, *Law and Truth* (Oxford, 1996) published in the S.M.U. Law Review. In his paper, Leiter contests my reading of Quine. In my reply, I argue that Leiter both misstates the argument of *Law and Truth* and misunderstands Quine.
