“  Current and Planned Projects Include: How can different countries with different characteristics and capabilities most effectively regulate e-cigarettes to best reduce tobacco harms? How can countries or states that legalize cannabis regulate the cannabis and its production, distribution, marketing, sale, and use , consistent with their core legalization policy goal, to best protect and promote the public health? How would a responsible tobacco company design, market, and sell cigarettes?-Lessons for public health legislative and regulatory drafting from the U.S. Tobacco Control Act. To what extent is tobacco control and other tobacco-related research relevant to developing effective tobacco control policy making and regulation? How might the current disputes and conflicts in the tobacco control community about e-cigarettes and harm reduction and regulatory strategies be resolved or otherwise addressed constructively?  ”
