ENTRENOVA (ENTerprise REsearch InNOVAtion Conference) is a multi-disciplinary conference dedicated to examining, comprehending and discussing the economic, management, organisational, marketing and other issues related to innovation, information technology, and R&D, driven by enterprises. The conference took place at the Mediterranean Institute for Life Sciences (MedILS), Split on 6-8 September, 2018. More than 160 authors, from 30 countries, participated with 90 abstracts and 70 papers. The conference hosted a workshop "Teaching Creativity in Higher Education" (Coordinator: Lionel Artige, University of Liège, Belgium; Guest Speakers: Todd Lubart, Professor of Psychology at University Paris Descartes and Vlad Glăveanu, PhD, Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Psychology and Counselling, Webster University Geneva, Switzerland).
