Abstract

This is a book review of Jennifer Zerk's 'Multinationals and Corporate Social Responsibility: Limitations and Opportunities in International Law' (2006). The review concludes that Zerk's book is a refreshing and positive contribution to the legal perspective on the debate on CSR and the control of multinational corporations. The book also points out some of the limitations of the book.
