Abstract

Generally, the evaluation of the computer systems is specially interesting at present from several points of view: computer-related, managerial, sociological etc. The reasons for this extended interest are represented by the fact that IT becomes increasingly important for reaching the goals of an organization, in general, and the strategic ones in particular. Evaluation means the estimation or determination of value, and is synonymous with measuring the value. Evaluating the economic value of Computer Systems should be studied at three levels: individually, at a group level and at an organization level.
