Abstract

This article, by means of literature review and focus groups, suggests that participation of women is considered as a part of the Republic's National Values. Women are playing an important role in the Island-Republic, where survival, business and economy are all intertwined. Not to tap or even to optimize such a resource would be a sheer waste of human capital Various strategies and ways are, therefore, discussed in this article for women to advance their position.
