Abstract

The study began by defining values, and through literature survey, highlighted that corporate leaders - through their own values held - play a large part in shaping their organisations and establishing their organisations' core values. This research study, through the use of questionnaire survey-cum-interviews, examined the impediments posed of certain values to Singapore companies. The corporate leaders put forth their perceptions of the impediments posed by the key values to the Singapore companies' success. An analysis and discussion of the findings, and its implications are then made, with the suggested solutions prescribed.
