Abstract
The article recalls the withdrawn of Venezuela from the Andean Community. The article focuses on the political and legal steps taken by the Venezuelan Administration to finish its legal bounding with the integration group. The article also spotlights the legal consequences for Venezuela's trade and commerce policies with its partners and the Andean Region: Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru; particularly in the exceptional transitory regime of five years prior the notification of the decision of withdrawn.
