Entrepreneurial Margins in Law-and-Economics Nexus

Abstract
The paper enunciates the theory of entrepreneurial margins as applicable to studying law-and-economics nexus. After stating the fundamentals of the concept of entrepreneurial margins in all three dimensions: 1) formulating the principles of "social action", 2) enforcing the rules, 3) appropriating things, we discuss the implications of competitive versus monopolistic setting on the overall social efficiency.
