KELLOGG-WORTHINGTON INTEGRATION
Your objective is to design the post-merger integration plan for the newly acquired Worthington Company. This meeting will be the first contact for the transition team, and the team has been charged to prepare the integration framework.
The final outcome will be an eight minute presentation to Carlos Gutierrez, CEO of Kellogg, and his board of directors. Each team must elect two spokespersons to present its conclusions. The faculty and course participants will act as members of the Board.
