Abstract
NLP, an unique training method used by Corporate Trainers, Psychologists and Linguists alike, shows people how to recode their experiences and organise their internal programming so they can get the outcomes they want. This article traces its history from its creation it 1979 to its transformation and studies in brief what it stands for - in perspective to the present era.
