Abstract

The article makes a comparative study of the common law of contract, the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the international sale of goods (CISG) 1980 and the Hague Uniform Law on the Formation of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods 1964 (ULF) on the principles and rules of the formation of international sales contracts.
