Abstract

In most law schools, legal writing faculty are uniquely positioned to assess which students are struggling with law school. While most law schools have Academic Support Programs in place to assist struggling students, these programs may be ignoring a source of information that could be instrumental in identifying at risk students. This article addresses ways in which ASP and legal writing faculty can work together to the benefit of both programs.
