Abstract

In many instances, today's students learn more effectively through the use of technology. Wikis-Web sites that allow numerous people to contribute and edit the content of the site-are one of the newer technology tools available. This article introduces wikis, describes one way the author has used wikis as a teaching tool, and explores the advantages of using wikis in the classroom.
