Web 2.0 technology is one of reasons that make internet become popular because Web 2.0 helps users enjoy internet application with ease of use. As of July 2008, Google has found the number of unique URLs of Web pages about a trillion. Many companies or organizations need to search and gather information from various Web pages as well as private information inside a company such as in emails and in databases.
Real Time Information Integration System (RTIIS) is developed to search, filter, and gather information from multiple sources and then send it to users. RTIIS can aggregate data automatically from RSS feeds of information blogs or web sites, an email account, and a database system of an organization or a company. RTIIS first parse data to analyze the content to get keywords for tagging. The selected keywords are the ones with the highest density. The output information for the user is available in these formats: RSS feed, E-mail, and Web Service. Thus, users can get the most updated information according to their needs quickly.
