Abstract
The book examines the judicial interpretation of the Constitution. Areas examined include the commerce, corporations and external affairs powers, the judicial and executive powers of the Commonwealth, the freedom of interstate trade, intergovernmental immunities, representative government and express and implied rights. The last chapter looks generally at the methods, techniques and attitutes of the High Court in relation to the Constitution.
