Abstract

This paper is a review of the recently published book "Billion Dollar Lessons: What You Can Learn from the Most Inexcusable Business Failures of the Last 25 Years" (New York: Portfolio, 2008). It focuses on how corporate strategists and M&A practitioners can pracitcally use the review process introduced by the authors (which they call a "Devil's Advocate Review"), and concludes with an interview of the book's authors: Paul Carroll and Chinka Mui.
