Abstract

This article explores changes to the Uniform Probate Code relating to the parentage relationships existing between children born as the result of assisted reproductive technologies, their biological parents, and their birth or intended parents. Inheritance rights, including the right to be treated as a member of a class under wills, follow parentage.
