Abstract
In the present note an effort will be made to point out that entrepreneurship reduces income inequality. Entrepreneurship reward is a measurable economic variable and can be therefore related to gini coefficient, which is an indicator of income inequality. Panel data refer to the period (1995–2004) covering most Western European countries and the estimated panel regression will be feasible using the software package EVIEWS.
