The key points illustrating the invaluable Jesus’ ways in drawing strengths, and enabling us to be more effective negotiators are (i) having higher super-ordinate goal, (ii) having an ‘abundance’ attitude, (iii) treating people as equals, (iv) exchanging or engaging in reciprocal behavior, (v) communicating, sharing and illustrating, (vi) relating with the other parties; (vii) being ethical; and (viii) leading by setting examples.
