Abstract

In this paper, e-Government and the core values of the island-Republic of Singapore and the Sultanate of Brunei Darussalam, both small countries, are examined. And the author examines each country’s salient core values that can help propel the successful implementationof e-Government with the view of looking what lessons from Singapore can be derived for Negara Brunei Darussalam.
