The author begins with Matthews v. United Kingdom and considers the recent judgment of D. v. Turkey and the Grand Chamber admissibility decisions in Behrami and Behrami v. France and Saramati v. France, Germany and Norway in detail with reference to past decisions and decisions of the UK House of Lords.
