Abstract

In this paper, when place marketing Singapore – the Lion-city – making it a global magnet, the critical importance of strategic maintenance is uncovered and emphasized. Here, strategic maintenance and marketing is linked to leadership excellence in ensuring market leadership in place marketing; and this perspective is seen through the Singapore visor. The paper is also intended to specifically deal with the concept, reasons for as well as use and applications of continuous improvement and its effects and impact in place marketing.
