Abstract

In this article, the treasury of various Buddhist literatures is drawn, and the author taps the various key Buddhist principles such as love-kindness, compassion and others and applies them to key leadership thinking, lessons and modern-day relevance. He presents the essence and inspirations of Buddhism to readers and students of leadership.
