Abstract

This book describes the law relating to elections. The textbook describes the electoral system, including dates of elections, officers, the functions and procedure of the Electoral Commission, and the parliamentary electoral rolls. The book also details the law relating to campaigns and voting, the results of elections, local elections and polls, referenda, and local restoration polls.
