Abstract
In today’s highly dynamic and competitive advantages business environment, organizing visions arise to facilitate the development and diffusion of information Systems Innovations (ISI) across firms and industries. While their buzz is therefore important, at different times, "Management Information Systems," "Decision Support Systems," "Expert Systems" and so forth, have been the buzzwords under which globalization of business and the merging of computers and communication technology have redefined the way in which organizations operate and compete in such environment. So organization visions are understood to arise because they serve three basic functions in the creation and promotion of ISI: innovation, legitimating, and mobilization, to embrace new technology changing. These changes necessitate that executives working need more effective ways to analyze their environment, competition to guide their operation and human skills for organizational survival and success, which requires that relevant, and accurate information must be made and available to the (CEOs) to assist them in decision-making.
