Abstract

This short paper argues that human rights remain an uncompleted part of the peace process despite the commitments contained in the Belfast Agreement. It focuses on the ongoing struggle of the families of those killed and injured in the events of Bloody Sunday to have the government commissioned Saville Report released without undue interference from government.
