Abstract

It has been observed with respect to various business organizations in different sectors use economic and technological forecasting to design future course of action. However, the residual error is too large to be explained and need has been felt to complement the forecasting process with the help of social forecasting. In this paper the researcher attempts to address issues such as:

1) complexity of social systems.

2) Methodological premises in the form of strategies are discussed to cope with the complexity of predicting social trends for the purpose of business organizations.
