Abstract
This chapter discusses how to improve the transparency of world trade regime through business participation. The analysis takes the example of and focuses on the rules and practice of China's WTO-plus obligations pertaining to business participation in trade matters. Relevant laws of other Members are also studied. Finally proposals are made with the aim to enhance the business participation in trade policy-making and the transparency of the WTO.
