Abstract

Under Kentucky law there may be organized numerous forms of business organization including the business corporation, the nonprofit corporation, the general partnership, the limited partnership, the limited liability company, the business trust, the cooperative corporation, the cooperative association, the rural electric cooperative, the rural telephone cooperative and the professional service organization. This article discusses the degree of inconsistency between the various acts.
