Abstract

In this paper, drawing from the timeless lessons of the world’s greatest influencer – the man from Galilee, Jesus Christ, the practitioner-academician author looks into the necessary art of persuasion of Jesus Christ in which as leaders, we can derive and wield influence. And readers can also learn how as a leader, Jesus was convincing, being able to raise his influence among His disciples and the people. Using various examples, the article attempts to examine Jesus’ various persuasive ways in a rather rational and objective fashion. Whether you’re a CEO of a Fortune 500 company, a public-listed company or a newly hired corporate leader, reflective questions are applied to give the impetus, if not, provoke you to achieve in the workplace using the key principles drawn.
