Abstract

This paper chronicles the personal journey of the author who is a blind legal academic. An examination is made of famous blind people in history, including Milton, Sir Nicholas Saunderson and Louis Braille. There is also an examination of famous blind lawyers, including Professor Rupert Cross and Justice Tatle. Finally, several decisions involving blind litigants are unpacked.
