Abstract
Devoid of jargons and with reference to the founding father of Taoism, Lao Tzu’s Tao Teh Ching (the “Book of Meaning and Life”), the practitioner-academician examines the various Taoism principles or practical ways in managing stress; he examines them in clear and simple ways. These ten essentials or pearls of wisdom, when applied, can help readers to relieve or diminish their stress.
