Abstract
In this paper is realised an evaluation of a series of aspects concerning the corruption phenomenon. Thus, using information obtained at a sample level is evaluated the level of corruption on the ensemble of economy, but also on some domains of activity. Also, are equally evaluated a number of factors that contribute to the corruption maintenance at higher level. An important aspect is related to the public acquisitions from the public sector and on the extent to which they contribute on the reduction of the prices of some goods and services purchased.
