The study also includes data analyzed and collected through interviewing, participant observation (ethnography,) and document analysis. The study observed strong relationships among several predictors of Child abuse and neglect for Hispanics in the U.S. including Ethnicity, Percentage of children in household where no language other than English is spoken, geographic location (U.S. Mexico Border States.) Other prediction factors are included in a second quantitative analysis model.
