Abstract

Organizational climate is a fairly essential issue in the proper functioning of an organization. Organizational unrest can lead to the fall of an organization in no time. On the other hand, peace in the organization may help it prosper at a phenomenal speed. Dilution of power in many hands is the starting point of organizational unrest and eventually of the fall of an organization. The case on hand deals with an organization is facing similar problem.
