Hong Kong Administrative Law provides the most comprehensive and up to date commentary on this increasingly important area of law in Hong Kong. This book takes account of Hong Kong’s new constitutional and administrative order since 1997. Focus is placed on areas of considerable development in the field of administrative law, including human rights under the Basic Law, proportionality review and legitimate expectations.
