Abstract

This article discusses the plethora of business books on change and uses it to highlight the myriad of difficult people and situations one can encounter in the business or organizational context of working. This leads to the further reframing of difficult people and situations as motivators for learning. This idea is supported by managerial learning literature and medical literature on adversity.
